House vs heater
Test a washing-machine hot hose or a tub spout (fewer aerators). If that flow is strong, clean fixture aerators. If every hot fixture is weak, look at the tank shutoffs fully open and for kinks in flex lines.
PRV, expansion and T&P
High street pressure plus a closed system causes T&P dribble and noisy tanks. The fix is often a PRV and/or expansion tank—not a new 50-gallon heater. We measure pressure before selling equipment.
